Big Brother host Sonia Kruger reveals she reported a ‘dodgy’ doctor to the authorities after he told her to ‘take off all her clothes’
Sonia Kruger has revealed that she once reported a doctor to the authorities because she she thought was ‘slightly dodgy’.
The 55-year-old made the admission while filling in for radio host Jess Eva on Triple M Sydney’s Moonman in the Morning on Friday
During a lighthearted segment, Sonia was asked a series of questions to see if she and Jess had any similarities.

Among the questions host Lawrence Mooney asked was if Sonia would ‘take all her clothes off’ during a doctor’s appointment.
Sonia said: ‘No, no I don’t. And I did have a doctor ask me to do that once and there was something slightly dodgy about it so I may have called in to the AMA (Australian Medical Association).’
She said the moment was ‘weird’ and explained that she was getting a physical exam ahead of her first ever TV job, as a host on Wonder World in the 1990s.
Calling the authorities: The Voice presenter appeared on Triple M’s Moonman In The Morning on Friday and said: ‘I did have a doctor ask me to do that once and there was something slightly dodgy about it so I may have called in to the AMA (Australian Medical Association)’
‘I was in my twenties. They said you need to go have a physical for insurance purposes and this doctor… this random doctor was like, “Take all your clothes off.” Then he just stood there and looked at me,’ the Big Brother host said.
‘I was like, “Nah, this is weird.”‘
Sonia’s guest hosting role on Triple M comes after she revealed her fears about contracting Covid-19.

Last week, she told The Morning Show hosts Larry Emdur and Kylie Gillies that she suspected she had the virus early in the year, although she was never diagnosed.
‘I had gotten sicker and sicker, thought it was the flu and I had Covid test after Covid test,’ she said.
‘It ended up being a really rare form of pneumonia and the specialist who did my scan said, “Your lungs actually look like a COVID patient’s lungs.”‘

She added: ‘I was actually in hospital on oxygen for a week and it was a bit touch and go as to whether I’d actually be able to go to Queensland to do Holey Moley. But luckily I sort of came good at the eleventh hour and off I went.’
Aside from the golfing reality series Holey Moley, Sonia has a string of projects in the pipeline for Channel Seven.
In 2021, she’ll host another season Big Brother in addition to The Voice.
