What is Appendicitis?

Many people think the appendix doesn’t have function but research has shown otherwise. Just because you’ll live without the appendix doesn’t mean it’s no function. appendix in its prime position plays an important anti-bacterial role since it’s on the brink of the massive intestine. that’s why you want to play your role keep it healthy.

Remember, Appendix disease is additionally referred to as appendicitis. It occurs when the appendix becomes swollen, inflamed, and crammed with pus. Symptoms of appendicitis include a progressively worsening pain, nausea, and vomiting.

1. Stop Excess Alcohol

Alcohol thanks to its high amount of ethanol can cause appendicitis especially once you abuse it. 2. Stop Excess Spicy food

Too much intake of spicy food can trigger appendicitis. Eating tons of spicy foods can cause gastrointestinal distress from slight inflammation or acid reflux. Spicy foods also can cause some irritation, if you’ve got a skinny and weak mucus lining. Reduce your intake of spicy food like chilli, hot pepper, salsa since there can cause indigestion which may also contribute to appendicitis.

3. Stop Excess Fried foods

Fried foods aren’t good for you and may cause appendicitis. Fried foods are fatty and may irritate the gastrointestinal system and this will contribute to the event of appendicitis. Fried foods also can increase your risk of other disease like obesity, heart condition and other disorder. Appendicitis is a smaller amount common in people that eat foods high in fibber, like fresh fruits and vegetables hence consume more of them.
