1. Sugary Drinks

4. Full-fat milk

5. Alcoholic Drinks

Excess gas, unlike some of the other foods we’ve discussed, will not cause your lungs to overwork. Its main effect is to reduce the amount of room available for your lungs to expand, allowing you to take smaller breaths. Beans are another food that you shouldn’t consume in excess for the same reason.
7. Excess Salt
Almost every food contains salt. It’s not necessarily bad; in reality, in the right dosage, it can be beneficial to the body.
If you’re having trouble breathing or have a disease or illness that affects your respiratory system, however, you can keep your intake under control. Salt dehydrates your body, which causes inflammation and puts more stress on your respiratory system.

On the flip side, if you have asthma or another lung problem, going dairy-free may help cut down on the production of mucus in your system.
