BRITS will face tough new restrictions as the number of those allowed to gather is slashed from 30 to six TOMORROW.
The clampdown comes as coronavirus cases continue to soar across the UK.
The new rules also stipulate that the six people can be from different households, in an attempt to bring rules in line with outdoor gatherings
The rule of six will also extend to gatherings organised outside.
Meanwhile, the government could introduce a 10pm curfew on pubs, bars and restaurants as part of its latest plan to keep coronavirus infections down.
The move stems from a concern that adherence to social distancing measures diminishes the more people consume alcohol.
