Efogator: What is your purpose of blogging?
Larry: I’ll say it all started for fun, I used to blog for fun then in some stage of my blogging journey, the purpose of blogging changed from just being fun to a passion, but as at now I’ll be frank, I blog for money, just like many other

Efogator: What were the challenges you faced at the beginning of your blogging
Larry: Talking of challenges I faced, just like every newbie will always complain of driving reasonable traffic to their blogs, but in my case it was different because, I really didn’t struggle with driving traffic to my blog, I knew my onion on that. When I started as a blogger, I had no Computer of my own, I used a mobile device to write my posts and I also visited the cyber cafe frequently in other to fix up some tasks that I couldn’t fix with my phone as you know mobile devices aren’t just enough to do that. This really dug a hole in my pocket.

Efogator: How long have you been blogging?
Larry: I’ve been around the internet since early 2012, and started blogging at the end on same year. So 2012 – 2015 I’m just three years in this journey.

Larry: For my tech blog, I get my traffic mainly from google search engine, forums and social networks. But my entertainment blog gets a boom traffic from

Efogator: In this age of high competition in blogging, what do you do to stand out?
Larry: I’ll say trying new things is a great way to achieving your goal. I’ll also say invest, invest and invest. Yea I just spend on anything that can bring success to my blog. So I think trying new things and investing on my blog have made me

Efogator: How do you handle the SEO of your blog?
Larry: I use some tools that really help me in managing my blogs SEO, these tools are:, and

Efogator: What are the 4 things you do not do as a blogger to keep you on the path of success?
• Firstly I think writing my articles myself is one thing that has kept me on the long run, unlike many bloggers in Nigeria who copy peoples

• Improvising, yes I mean it when I say improvising, I think of new ideas, and implement them, surely some won’t work out well, but I’m always glad when one does work.

• Being social is something I recently found out that works, like I said I’ve been blogging since late 2012, and all the way, I’ve not been connecting with other bloggers, but trust me, a year ago, I decided to connect to other like-minded people and trust me, I had a lot to gain from that.

• In don’t let it all out of the bag, for every success there must be a secret. I surely help friends and colleagues but there are somethings I won’t be able to tell to people.

Efogator: Which of the blogging platform do you prefer and why?
Larry: WordPress! Yes wordpress, the fact that wordpress has a big fan base and that is enough reason to go for it. The whole crowd can’t be wrong in going for it.

Efogator: In your opinion, why do so many bloggers fail and only few succeed?
Larry: Yea I always say blogging is a win-win situation, but it’s as well not a get rich quick scheme, a lot of newbies in the blogosphere think they’ll just create a blog, write a post and connect to their bank account then get a million dollar

Due to the fact that they want to get millions from their blogs in minutes, they do all sort of things to get traffic to their blogs, thereby forgetting to build quality. And I keep saying, no quality, no success. Take a look at the few that succeed in blogging, they keep to that quality.

Efogator: What’s your advice to young bloggers out there?
Larry: On every blog I’ve being hosted on, whenever this question comes up, I just say smart work and persistency, blogging they say is all about working hard but I’ll say it’s all about working smart, learn from people’s experience, follow the right track, keep doing, just do it one more time.
